Welcome to Art Off High, where art culminates and creativity explodes. This New York boutique hotel creates an interactive art experience that allows creatives to explore the city while exploring strategies of creative expression. Art Off High connects to the High Line and has over 1,800 square feet of studios and public gallery space, offering guests a place to learn and advance art techniques with unique studio spaces. Art is an expansive form of expression embraced by Art Off High that allows guests to create and experience art throughout their stay.
The Public Gallery invites visitors and pedestrians off the High Line to peruse and appreciate art from local artists in the area, many of whom have taught workshops to the hotel guests.
With both an open studio and multipurpose workshop space, guests can interact with local artists to advance their skills and create unforgettable pieces. Furthermore, the Gallery adjacent to our public café/bar allows local artists and residents to display their pieces and information for public observation and purchase. Designed with vibrant colors and soft, natural elements, Art Off High offers a saturated, sensuous experience unlike anywhere else. With creative juices cascading from the walls, the studios offer hundreds of art supplies and an open, collaborative space to create, observe, and socialize.
The Bar & Lounge invites hotel guests and visitors alike to unwind after a walk or long day of creating with their beverage of choice and plush lounge areas. Centered on socializing, seating arrangements provide refuge from the busyness of the city without compromising comfort.
